B06Y77

The B06Y77 is a waterproof three-axis IEPE accelerometer built on a piezoelectric ceramic shear structure with a wide-bandwidth frequency response and a built-in miniature integrated circuit. With 100 mV/g sensitivity and a ±50 g range it is a high-sensitivity model in the family with extended bandwidth for low-level triaxial vibration on submerged or wet structures. Typical uses include underwater vibration and modal testing, marine and subsea NVH, pump and pipework monitoring in flooded or washdown areas.

High-quality ceramics ensure long-term stability and the built-in low-impedance circuit keeps noise low. The laser-welded titanium-alloy 12.2 mm cube weighs just 7.8 g, and an integrated waterproof polyurethane 4-pin cable with multi-layer protection is rated to 2 MPa, so the sensor and its connection stay sealed under immersion. Each axis has an M2.5 mounting hole for improved coupling and calibration, and insulated mounting hardware ships as standard.

Sealed for immersion

Laser-welded titanium cube sealed to IP68 with an integrated multi-layer waterproof polyurethane cable rated to 2 MPa, so there is no connector to flood. Rated to 400 g rms vibration and 1,000 g pk shock, −50 to +120 °C.

Three axes, one mounting point

Simultaneous X, Y and Z measurement from a single 12.2 mm cube with ≤ 5% transverse sensitivity. Per-axis M2.5 holes for coupling checks and calibration, and the insulated mounting bracket keeps ground loops out of multi-channel setups.

Built-in IEPE electronics

Miniature low-impedance circuit with 2–20 mA constant-current excitation and 8–12 V bias. Spectral noise of 4 µg/√Hz at 100 Hz and 0.0001 g rms broadband resolution, with bandwidth to 7 kHz and resonance ≥ 38 kHz.
