Overview

The B01Y39 is a general-purpose three-axis IEPE accelerometer built on a piezoelectric ceramic shear structure with a wide-bandwidth frequency response and a highly integrated miniature built-in circuit. With 5 mV/g sensitivity and a ±1,000 g range it is the highest-range model in the family, built for shock and high-level triaxial vibration on small, light test articles. Typical uses include HALT/HASS chambers, drop and shock testing, powertrain durability and high-level vibration on small components.

High-quality ceramics ensure long-term stability and the built-in low-impedance circuit keeps noise low. The laser-welded titanium-alloy 11 mm cube weighs just 4 g, with a glass-sealed 8-36 4-pin connector carrying all three channels on one cable and a calibration hole on every axis. It mounts by M2.5 × 1.8 stud or adhesive, and insulating mounting hardware ships as standard.

Three axes, one mounting point

Simultaneous X, Y and Z measurement from a single 11 mm cube with ≤ 5% transverse sensitivity. Per-axis calibration holes make coupling checks and calibration straightforward, and the isolated mounting plate keeps ground loops out of multi-channel setups.

Built-in IEPE electronics

Highly integrated miniature low-impedance circuit with 2–20 mA constant-current excitation and 8–12 V bias. Spectral noise of 80 µg/√Hz at 100 Hz and 0.002 g rms broadband resolution drive long cables into any IEPE-compatible DAQ.

Lightweight titanium cube

Laser-welded titanium-alloy cube sealed to IP68 with a glass-sealed connector, weighing 4 g and rated to 2,500 g rms vibration and 8,000 g pk shock, with bandwidth to 9 kHz and resonance ≥ 70 kHz. Stud or adhesive mounting.
